The process was fantastic. It does require work on the part of the homeowner to measure and describe the current landscape, but that’s one of the reasons I was interested in this particular process. I wanted to learn and be an active part of the process. The instructions were very clear. Carol was professional and flexible. It was very fun observing her use her years of expertise to explore ideas and concepts with me. We developed a plan that really reflected my desires for the space within a timeline and budget that worked for me. I would absolutely do this process again for my backyard, and hope to!
