She did a preliminary telephone interview and then came out to look at our current landscape issues. Then she did a couple of preliminary drafts of design ideas and listened carefully to our comments. She provided pictures of various plant alternatives and was thoughtful in giving her recommendations. Her final product included detailed drawings of the new design and a complete list of plants.
